Walls
All internal walls will be finished with putty over mala plaster. All external walls will be finished with double coat sand-face plaster with premium quality acrylic paint.

Flooring
Large mirror polished vitrified tiles in drawing,dining, kitchen, bedrooms and passage area.

Door and Window
Decorative wooden polished main entrance door with brass fittings and fixtures. All other doors will be wooden framed enamel painted flush doors.

Open terrace to finished with suitable water-proofing and also china-mosaic flooring for heat reflection.

Terms and Conditions : 

  • GEB charges, GUDA charges, Legal charges and other Govt. charges shall be paid separately.
  • Maintenance deposit shall be paid separately.
  • Right of any changes in dimensions, design & specifications will be reserved with developer, which shall be binding for all members.
  • External charges strictly not allowed.
  • Stamp duty, registration fees, and service tax chargges on allotment and posesion of the property shall be borne by the purchaser, applicable as per prevailing law.
  • Any additional liabilities due to change in the bye laws, stamp duty govt. laws shall be borne by the members.
  • New rate will applicable in case of delay in payment terms, Terms & condition will be as per separste agreement.
